What To Write To Us About
The most useful messages name a specific stay and what you saw. Perhaps a listed hostel has closed or changed its name, a from-price no longer matches the booking page, or a rating has moved well past the figure shown here. Gaps matter too. If a cheap London stay is missing and worth a look, send the name and where you saw it. Corrections to stations, walk times or room types are just as welcome. There is no need for anything formal; a short note with the stay name and the detail is enough.
Bookings, Payments And Refunds
This site does not take bookings or payments of any kind. Every reservation is made, changed and cancelled through the booking page the listing links to, and your payment goes to the stay or its booking platform. That also means refunds cannot be issued, chased or influenced from here. For anything about an existing reservation, a deposit, a cancellation or money already paid, contact the booking page shown on your confirmation, or the stay itself. Messages about payments sent here will only point you back the same way.
